Zfunot Tarbut (Hebrew, literally "the hidden secrets of culture," also incorporating the name Zfania) was founded in 1997 in memory of Dr. Zfania Cohen with the aim of supporting artists in the deep conviction that artists are the harbingers of brotherhood in all its forms.

All the members of Zfunot Tarbut work on a volunteer basis, devoting their time to artists in need of assistance.

Zfunot Tarbut holds events and concerts whose proceeds serve to advance these important goals.
